Ordering Procedure
- In the item page, click refresh to get the updated size available. (Picture 1)
- Select a correct size in the drop down menu and press the Add to Cart button. (Picture 1)
- An online shop order form will appear in a popup window displaying your selected item(s). (Picture 2)
- To continue shopping, press the Continue Shopping button to return item page. (Picture 2)
- When you have finished shopping, return to the online order form by clicking the View Cart or Checkout button located on the left hand side column.
- Select a shipping destination and the total shipping charge will be generated by the system automatically. (Picture 2)
- If you want to pay in other currencies like EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY or HKD, select currency and the system will calculate automatically. (Picture 3)
- Review item details and check the “I agree with all terms and conditions” box to make sure your PayPal account is either verified or with confirmed address. (Picture 3)
- Press the check out button and you will be directed to Paypal for payment. (Picture 4)
- Once you made the payment, a paypal receipt will send to you and us. Your order is successful and being in process.
What should I do if add to cart isn’t work?
- Make sure the cookie function on your browser is enabled.
- If you are unable to use the Add to Cart function, please complete the following steps and try again:
- Lift the block from the window Popups function or add kix-files.com to the enable list if you have installed yahoo or google toolbar or any anti-pop up window software.
- Clear the cookie history in your browser.
- If you still encounter problems in using the Add to Cart function, please contact us.
