Have been waiting for 14 years, the Nike Air Max Uptempo 97 is playing with some huge momentum in 2010. Not long ago, Nike launched a series of Air Attack to remind basketball heads from 1990s that Uptempo 97 is coming back in this season.
Nothing is better than original, this shoe sports an OG colorway but used a slightly different name. White tumbled leather and black suede come together on this upper, but this mid-90s design is far from plain. College Navy accents have been implemented along the waving side design, as well as on the eyelets and Max Air unit. This shoe was worn by soon-to-be-Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen and joins the Air Pippen 1 in Nike Basketball’s retro catalog for this Summer.
