You may wonder why the Eric Koston uses Thai heritage as the main theme of his very first Dunk SB from Nike. But if you have some knowledge of skateboarding, you must know Eric was born in Bangkok and his mum is a Thai, and moved to the states at 9 months old.
Featuring shades of gold, the upper includes both sparking and matt gold sections, with the latter being made from suede. With complementing laces, a magenta-lined swoosh, white midsole, and a gum outsole to finish, the design is said to represent the most common color schemes found in the Temples of Thailand. Elephant is another symbol of Thai so you can find a Thai Elephant image on the insole.
Different from the general release Eric Koston Dunk SB Low scheduled to launch next month, “Thai Temple” Dunk SB High is a very limited quickstrike release. We have just received our shipment and now available at our online store.
