The latest quickstrike of September includes this Zoom Kobe 4 High School edition which inspired by Lower Merion Mascot Bulldog. Kobe Bryant led Lower Merion to a State Championship before graduating in 1996, when he was drafted by the Charlotte Hornets in the 1996 NBA Draft and subsequently traded to the Los Angeles Lakers.
The shoe features 3M reflective materials around the toe cap and ankle area which provide excellent reflective effect under strong flash of light. Lower Merion High School’s Mascot, Bulldog, is specially made up at the back heel, though we have seen so many Lower Merion editions in the past on other Nike Basketball kicks like Hyperdunk but it’s possibly the first time that using its mascot on the shoe.
