After two sneakers (574 & 576) released in the Feral Creation Collection, New Balance invited two ICONIC sneakers stores Mita Sneakres from Japan and Leftfoot from Singapore to designed two pairs of CM999, one of the most technologically advanced shoe in NB history.
The 999 Feral Creation Collection is inspired by Asia lifestyles and culture by drawing on various animals that have left their mark on urban jungles. In the collection, Mita Sneakers chose GRAY MOUSE and Leftfoot chose LION as design theme, they both used lots of materials on their shoes, like lots of suede, stitched leather, faux fur, horse hair…etc., Mita Sneakers used with more materials and bringing the vintage feeling out but Leftfoot used more colors and it looks more fashionable, also both of the shoes got the embroidery of Animal Teeth logo beside the “999″.
Each edition only 660 MADE in WORLD WIDE and they both coming with Special Feral Creation Pull- Out drawer shoebox, extra tatami mat insoles, extra laces and shoe bag inside.

New Balance所推出以野獸為題的計劃, 經過最近2年推出的574和576後, 最近就邀請了日本的Mita Sneakers 和新加坡的Leftfoot參與這計劃, 以曾是New Balance歷史上最高科技的CM999為設計鞋款.
是次這個計劃以在亞洲的石屎森林內還在的動物為題目, Mita Sneakers 和 Leftfoot 分別選了老鼠和獅子為主角, 鞋子用上了大量的物料, 如大量的麂皮, 人造毛皮, 馬毛等等. Mita Sneakers 以灰色為主色, 亦用上較多的物料, 使其更帶點懷舊的感覺, 而Leftfoot側用了較多的顏色作設計, 很有時尚的味道. 而兩雙鞋子都在999的旁邊繡上了獸齒圖案.
今次NB 這系列的鞋子只在全球造了660雙, 每雙都有抽屜式的鞋盒, 而鞋盒內更附送日本榻榻米草蓆鞋墊一雙, 除了不少得的鞋帶外, 亦同時有鞋袋附送.
