Platinum kzKLOT
Due to several things happened in the previous year, the Platinum kzKLOT is finally to be released in the market. Details and design changed from time to time in this period, lots of samples were produced for making the best denim product, and it comes to the market now.
Kazuki Kuraishi has designed various collaborative products and has worked on creative marketing projects. Acclaimed as one of the most important designers to appear on the Japanese streetwear scene, Kazuki Kuraishi is known for his simple yet eye-catching, and one of a kind creations. One may find it difficult to categorize Kazuki’s diverse talents, since he is known for his designs under the moniker “Fragment Design”, as well as being an in-demand freelance designer working on album covers for musicians and graphic art for apparel brands.
Several collaboration projects on sneakers, like SUPER APE STAR(A BATHING APE), SUPERSTAR 35 (NEIGHBORHOOD), Tommy Guerrero’s SUPER SKATE, and aZX NEIGHBORHOOD model, these led Kazuki’s profile raised significantly, and caused a stir in the worldwide fashion scene. His legendary products were arguably the catalyst that caused Europe, U.S., and Asia to kickstarting wider interest in the Japanese streetwear scene. Since then, he was invited by numerous fashion brands to collaborate product designs, like Levi’s Fenom, NEIGHBORHOOD, NUMBER(N)INE, RESONATE SL, iDiom, and whiz.
The name of this product is kzKLOT, it simply indicates the collaboration between Kazuki and CLOT, CLOT’s Edison Chen and Kazuki Karaishi are very good friends, they discussed lots for this project, since they wanted to make something very Kazuki and very CLOT. The less unwashed denim fabric with the platinum CLOT LOGO at the back of the jeans, while patching the BLUE ROYALE SILK on the metallic silver crossthread fabric, these gives people an image unlike the ordinary jeans.


The metallic fabric was recommended by Edison’s good friend, Nakano san, who is also the producer of all CLOT Levi’s denim. Nakano san always has new and cool ideas, thus, both Kazuki san and CLOT crew like to cope with him so much.
Besides, the roll up fabric on jeans almost becomes the trademark of CLOT. Kazuki san and Edison extended this concept on the newly released jeans after the success of Watermelon Jeans and Unionrail. And this time the legitimate CLOT’s Blue Royale Silk is implemented on the denim, as this is the best color for matching the silver metallic denim fabric. The cultural silk brings the rough jeans becoming classy.
The less unwashed denim fabric allows you to create your own package and style. More details will be appeared along with the times, and the denim will package you since then.


策劃多時的Platinum kzKLOT
終於推出市場,經過不斷的修正,加入更多仔細的原素;期間製作出很多樣板,今天所推出的就是花盡心思所得出的成果。
kzKLOT 顧名思義是次推出市場的牛仔褲為 Kazuki x CLOT 的別注單品。相信大家對Kazuki San (倉石一樹)不會陌生,倉石乃現今裡原系最炙手可熱兼最具影響力的設計師,他所建立的設計風格,永遠在時裝界引領潮流;其筆下的大熱企劃產品多不勝數,部份在市場上更炒至天價。身為潮流界頂尖設計師,倉石曾與眾多品牌共同創造跨界合作的精采作品,包括SUPER APE STAR(A BATHING APE), SUPERSTAR 35 (NEIGHBORHOOD), Tommy Guerrero’s SUPER SKATE, 以及aZX NEIGHBORHOOD model等,其中SUPER APE STAR在全球街頭潮流市場掀起一陣旋風,不僅促使國際品牌網羅倉石加入,更引起歐洲、美洲以及亞洲對於日本街頭品牌極高度的興趣。倉石致力設計與繪畫,曾與不同廠牌合作推出多樣作品,例如Levi’s Fenom, NEIGHBORHOOD, NUMBER (N)INE, RESONATE SL, iDiom, and whiz.等等。
CLOT的主腦人Edison Chen與倉石份外好友,一手束成是次合作。未洗水的Levi’s 505後袋上印有CLOT 以Platinum作色調的Logo,牛仔褲的質料中混入銀絲在其中,細心觀察下可以牛仔褲的貓蘇位子泛著淡淡銀光,Platinum 概念令糜爛的牛仔褲一下子矜貴起來。


事實上,選擇這種metallic的布料是由Edison的友人中野先生提議的,同時他作為所有CLOT LEVI’s 的監製研發,他總會提出些新穎的事,CLOT和Kazuki 都很享受和中野先生合作的過程呢。
除此之外,二人都十分喜歡上回的Watermelon Levi’s Jeans和UNIONRAIL clot 501在褲腳上有趣的玩意,逐把這衝擊力延續到今回推出的kzKLOT合作方案,縫上CLOT 專有的Blue Royale Silk,高貴的絲綢令這條Platinum kzKLOT 加添高尚品味的原素。
